Milanosesto Competition

Our competition entry to design a new social housing scheme in the ex-industrial site "Falck" has been shortlisted among the best 15 design proposals. Organised by Bizzi & Partners Development, Milanosesto spa and CNAPPC, the open competition seeked a design proposal for a new building complex to accomodate 12500 sqm of social housing and 1000 sqm of retail spaces as part of the masterplan designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop.

Housing project in Parma

MVOA have been appointed to design the refurbishment of a three storey detached house in Parma. While preserving its original features, the design aims to enhance the interior layouts of the flats maximizing their original potential and recreating a new and vibrant relation with the external appearance. 


Milanese courtyard revamp


Following a restricted competition for the revamp of a city block courtyard in Città Studi,  MVOA have been appointed to deliver the next design phases. The project aims to improve the space shared by 100 housing units, defining the paths, the seating areas and introducing an equally distributed amount of green areas for each block. The project will be unveiled soon.

Elantas Laboratories


MVOA have been appointed to design the façades of the new Elantas laboratories in Collecchio, Parma (I). Working in partnership with the local engineering team, MVOA will design the shell of the new industrial building which will become a key element in the Elantas site and it will accomodate new offices, workshops and training rooms.

Finale Ligure. Piazza Abbazia Competition

MVOA with écru architetti have been awarded the third prize for the redesign of the historic site of Piazza Abbazia in Finale Ligure. More information here


Scali Milano. "Sette Bellissimi Broli" Presentation

MVOA have collaborated with Cino Zucchi Architetti to envision their proposal for Scali Milano. Sunday the 9th April at 7 pm, Cino Zucchi will be presenting this scenario during the Milan Design Week 2017. More information here
